Eligibility & Age Restriction

gb99b reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Players who are unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory proof of age will have their accounts suspended pending verification. gb99b will not process any withdrawal until age verification is satisfactorily completed.

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on gb99b. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or through a proxy — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly through your account settings if it changes. gb99b may verify the information you provide against third-party databases or request supporting documentation at any time.

• Players who have been self-excluded or permanently closed their account may not re-register. Attempts to circumvent exclusion by opening a new account will result in immediate account closure.

• Transaction fees: gb99b does not charge any fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which gb99b bears no responsibility.
• Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses on gb99b are denominated in BDT (৳). gb99b does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
• Source of funds: All payment methods used on gb99b must belong to the registered account holder. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered player — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. gb99b reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.

gb99b monitors all transactions for signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, and bonus abuse. Any player found to be engaging in suspicious transaction patterns — including but not limited to structuring deposits to avoid verification thresholds, reverse bonus wagering, or matched betting using bonus funds — will have their account suspended and transactions referred for further review. gb99b cooperates with relevant authorities in cases involving suspected financial crime.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

From time to time, gb99b makes promotional offers available to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside the individual offer, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to the player's account balance after meeting any qualifying deposit conditions specified in the promotion. Bonuses do not form part of a player's real-money balance until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

• Bonuses are issued for personal, entertainment use only. • Each promotion may specify an expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Uncompleted bonus amounts will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically at the end of the specified period.
• gb99b reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including after a bonus has been issued, if there is evidence of abuse, system error, or if the promotion has been misrepresented by a third party.
• Promotions are intended for one player per household, device, and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. Multiple accounts created to claim the same promotion will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts claimed and may result in account closure.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on gb99b, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in accordance with these Terms, and in a manner that does not cause harm to the platform, its operators, or other users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on gb99b and may result in immediate account suspension, account closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle.
• Allowing another person to use your gb99b account, or using another person's account. Accounts are strictly non-transferable.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, or exploiting any technical vulnerability, software bug, or error in the platform's pricing or game logic.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the gb99b platform in place of genuine human play.
• Attempting to launder money or process the proceeds of criminal activity through the gb99b platform.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy that exploits promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Posting, transmitting, or otherwise communicating offensive, abusive, or harassing content through any communication channel available on the gb99b platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the gb99b platform's software, design, or intellectual property.

gb99b monitors platform activity continuously to identify and prevent prohibited conduct. Players found to be in breach of these obligations will be notified where legally permissible, though gb99b reserves the right to act without prior notice where immediate action is required to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

Account Suspension & Closure

gb99b reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a withdrawal request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account compromise.
• Evidence of collusion, bonus abuse, or exploitation of technical errors.
• A player's own request to close their account or activate self-exclusion.
• Extended account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant at gb99b's discretion.

When an account is closed by gb99b for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any real-money balance (excluding pending bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days. In cases of suspected fraud or breach of Terms, gb99b may withhold the balance pending the outcome of an investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting gb99b support via live chat or email. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 2 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after the closure is confirmed and KYC requirements are met.

Responsible Gaming
